Presenter: making a presentation at the conference without paper publication.
Delegate: participating in the conference only without neither presentation nor paper publication. Accommodation: Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. Except the conference hotel, you are free to reserve rooms nearby.
Please note the following:
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register at either an EARLY BIRD or REGULAR rate. Authors of accepted papers must complete their registration by registration date in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings.
- Only the first author is student could enjoy student registration fee.
- Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side.
- Students will have to upload a certification of their student status in the registration form.
- One Day Tour is optional for all participants.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations received byApril 15th, 2025 , will entitle to a refund of the amount paid minus 30% for administrative costs. Cancellations received after this date will not entitle to a refund. All refunds will be made after the Conference is held.
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and emailed to icism_conf@163.org before April 15th, 2025.
